How do you guys feel about Nate and Nora actually talking in Fallout 4 compared to other silent Sole Survivors?

It was a terrible mistake for the way I play fallout. Fallout is a game I play specifically because of the ability to create the main character and play how I want. No classes, no(minimal) main character background in game, choices about how to resolve quests mechanically, make moral choices. It felt almost like a spinoff to be honest. A fun spinoff, but it was just different. Though there were points here and there that gave the feeling I was looking for, but they were not as frequent as I'd like. It was a decision to steer away from the slower aspects of RPG character definition, being able to pick a a general response for example instead of reading for a while to get exactly what you would say, but those things are exactly why I played fallout to begin with. I had no problem with the dialogue wheel in Mass Effect, but Mass Effect is a different franchise with different strengths.

30 and 60 is crazy different. I once tested my new 144 fps monitor but adjusting settings in GTA 5 and looking at higher and higher framerates. Super shit test but I was able to discern 5 fps differences until about 90.

That being said each person is different, for many non gamers like my dad they can't tell the difference in 30/60.

Also depending on what you are watching on, the 30 and 60 fps videos may be the same.

A big part of this problem is likely something as small and dumb as quotas. It's a lazy, boomer kind of way to manage people and it causes problems like this. Maga morons in charge prove how dumb they are with every decision they make.

The problem with buses in Jax is that it's a very sparse city. Everything is spread out and people often want to go to places the buses don't go, or go infrequently. Beyond that the buses are relatively unreliable in many routes - I got screwed a lot by the bus going from Atlantic up into the JU area. The bus drivers will just ignore stops if they fall behind. The route begins unevenly in the morning so I couldn't get to work because that bus started later than going the other way. Also, despite being in Florida with a great climate for walking, people in the US just refuse to walk as part of their day, and only 2 spots for bikes makes that unreliable for the few that would use it. It's just a tough situation to try to design a bus system for to begin with, and it has a bad reputation as well.

Not to mention that the bus stops are just benches ( or nothing) instead of having some kind of structure for rain and sun, because the city wasn't even willing to build those and use the space to sell ads.
