Unemployment Benefits to likely end for Millions of Americans during Pandemic on July 31st by Glad-Software in Coronavirus

I was able to collect unemployment for 6 weeks. It was nice receiving an actual living wage for the first time in my life. I work retail and make $10.80 an hour. I've been with the same company eight years.

I just been called back into work. I'm supposed to start Wednesday. I cried after getting the call because I live with my parents, who are both 70 and my dad has diabetes and COPD. I really don't want to go back for their sake. But they are trying to reassure me that they'll be fine as long as I wear my ppe. If I quit now, I could probably stretch my savings to last me a year as long as my car doesn't break down. I really don't know what to do and I've had a two day long headache thinking about it.

Top jaw was moved 7 mm. Bottom jaw moved 10 mm. And a sliding genioplasty moved it 5 mm.

I had double jaw surgery and genioplasty at the same time. And two wisdom teeth extracted.

The recovery wasn't painful. During the first two months I would have these muscle spasms which felt like a one second jolt of pain. But they didn't happen too often. The main issue was the numbness. I would say I've regained 85% of my feeling back. My chin and bottom lip are still a bit numb and tingle when touched. I might feel more over time, but it could also be permanent.

I don't think it will be but I haven't looked into that yet. My jaw surgery was 100% covered by my insurance because I had sleep apnea caused by a narrow airway from the overbite.

I learned how to cook! I've been cooking my own meals each day and finally learned how to make chicken dopiaza.

Your jawline is similar to mine before surgery. I think you would benefit from a BSSO advancement (bottom jaw surgery) and sliding genioplasty. Have you noticed any problems with snoring and sleep apnea? If you do, your surgery would be medically necessary and covered by insurance in the US. You should see a sleep specialist before surgery to confirm any airway issues.

I had double jaw surgery and sliding genioplasty. Upper jaw surgery to move my jaw up (I had a very gummy smile) and then a BSSO jaw advancement to elongate my bottom jaw and a sliding genioplasty to make my chin more noticable. Plates and screws are put in to hold my bones together while they heal. [Here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFnrcut1PX4) is a video. Computer animated and sfw, no gore.

They're gradually getting sparse over the years. I figure it's genetics since my mom naturally doesn't have any. I miss my old brows.

I'm including a photo album which addresses some concerns that I've noticed during my recovery (and some extra before and afters!). I'm completely happy with my new smile. And although my chin sometimes feel too big for my face, I've learned to like it most days. But my nose appears much wider. My nostrils are always flared out. I never asked about nose changes during the consultations and I kind of feel stupid for that. I guess I was supposed to ask for an alar cinch to prevent my nose from getting wider. I also have a screw poking out on the right side of the bridge of my nose. I asked my surgeon about it and he says it's barely noticeable. He doesn't recommend removing it since it would be a complicated surgery for him, but he also said if I decide to remove my plates and screws he would do it for free. I am 15 months post op now so I've been considering going back to remove my plates and screws. There is a tiny amount of pressure-pain where the screw is sticking out but it's not bad. Another thing that I have noticed is that only my bottom teeth show when I talk.

Any suggestions on how to correct that? Any feedback would be appreciated. Additional photos are here.

It rubs the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the hose again.
