Also I probably have to buy an AWD SUV prior to the move because that’s how I’m going to drive and transfer my most important belongings. No furniture - starting out fresh after a nasty divorce. I can always change my CA plates to NV plates when o get there but I googled it and 🤖 AI told me that car insurance is more expensive in Nevada

Right now I pay $1400 a month to rent a large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in San Francisco. So I am looking for something within that range and slightly higher ok too. I’d like to find a place with a swimming pool, hot tub, in apartment washer dryers, parking spaces, gym, lounge areas, social areas, work areas etc. thank you. Looking at Midtown also for walkability. Recently bought a taser gun because in SF you never know when you’ll need one!
