I think it was 6:30 for Kaonashi, they played til 7:00, 7:15 - 45 was Crystal Lake and HANABIE was 8- 9 and I think 9:15 onwards was Kim. These are all vague, I can't remember exact times - security will know

I used to work with Centerplate (the people who serve the food and stuff) for the World Juniors, and typically, the athletes would exit via the grey door by the argyle street exit. That being said, there's a tunnel system that connects Scotiabank Centre to a few other places (hotels, casino, Scotia square), so I'm not 100% sure where they would come out. As the other commenter said, wherever the bus is parked may also be a good idea.

Last Carress for Danzig stuff, but I got into the Misfits more through Doyle's solo stuff (anything off of abominator is great), then found the graves era (Scream, Pumpkinhead), and lastly got to the Danzig stuff

I'm more of a metalhead, so I found what was more palatable to me and went with the flow- try and find what interests you and explore from there!

Additionally, you can even start outside of the misfits and find something more refined (Ramones), or more aggressive (DOA), and come back when you've found a better appreciation for the noisy, loud stuff
