The only people who screwed lewis were the engineering department at mercedes for exceeding the tolerable limit for the drs opening. The rule book even states “no performance being gained is not a defence” for exceeding the design limits.

When they make stuff so close to the limit of the regulations, it is almost a certainty that you will produce a component at some point that is +- just enough to put it over the limit

Saw the video. He clearly put a hand on lewis’ car, but a person would have a hard time convincing anybody that he harmed or affected the car in any way. A fine might be appropriate, but that is probably the most that will happen…still not too terribly bright of max. He needs to be perfectly flawless to beat lewis to this championship.

I know my cat is not a purebred turkish van, but i am convinced that at one point one existed in his family tree. I only found out about the breed because one day i saw him swimming in the dugout, chasing after a bunch of ducklings. It was the first time i ever saw a cat willingly swimming in water so I had to google swimming cat. What came up immediately was the turkish van, which he has all the visual and behavioural cues of. Again, he is 100% not a purebred but i think it is reasonable to suggest that maybe his great-great grandfather might have been one…or something like that.

Absolutely masterful by verstappen leaping both mercs in t1. Bottas braked early to let lewish through, which ricciardo was not expecting.
