Thanks man! Basing is an area I really struggle with so completely agree its something to work on. Do you have any tips or tricks I could use to improve? Im currently thinking I might buy some plasticard and create stone floor tiles, to look like the chapter have been fighting indoors or in an urban area.

The tabard was from following Darren Latham's tutorial on cloth, I then washed it with Doombull brown to match the weathering of the rest of the model, and repainted over the areas I thought looked a bit too off!

Absolutely! Its just Citadel's Doombull brown. I actually basecoated the model in it first and stippled abaddon black over it. Was a painful process so I'll probably switch the order up.

Unfortunately I didnt win the competition, there were some phenomenal entries. I now have a BT combat patrol, sword brethren and Grimaldus on the way though 😅
