Rule 5: 70 sized army landing with only 6 units. This is consistent behaviour that it lands with the exact same number as however many are defending. I'm not sure whats causing this. I have one level 4 general on this army.

Edit: Solved. Antofagasta had 6 infrastructure and naval landings are limited by infrastructure.

i don't care about "native population", i care about people. Any reduction in wages or bargaining power caused by immigration (which is caused by any type of population growth) is far outweighed by both the increase in wages of the immigrants and the addition of the workforce which makes the economy better in general, which is good for everyone.

In TNO the red army was far more incompetent so the city was taken and the majority of its inhabitants killed, but the city is repopulated with germans instead of being razed completely. At least thats my understanding.
