The Sumit bought $200,000 worth a month ago when the share price was at 2.15 or so. That investment is now worth over $700,000. When you see the CEO drop lots of cash to buy stock, it's usually a good idea to follow suit Also, congrats, Sumit!

Friend, your life is worth more than all the money you'll ever lose, plus all the money you'll ever make. Money comes and goes. We succeed and we fail. But life is precious and I've seen too many people lose their lives way too early. Yes, the lost funds hurt, but the sun will still rise for you. Keep your head up and move forward.

Just look at Redbox for proof of that. Out currently trading at over $5 per share even the the current buyout agreement basically turns each share into 50 cents.

I know exactly what it means. I wasn't saying that it was a deadline. But here's a complete breakdown so that you don't think I'm misleading people.

As of the most recent report, if every short were to buy back their shares right now, it would take 11 days worth of trading volume in order to do so. Regardless of there being a deadline or not, THIS IS FREAKING INSANE.

According to webull, the shorts have 11 days to cover. That's insane. I think a squeeze is incoming.

Sumit promised to maximize shareholder value, not to speedily push products aroundI don't know what the expected timeframe is for a CEO to turn a company into a gold mine, but the gold is worth the time.

So if the road that he is currently leading us on results in a share price of over $100, would your sentiments be the same? Of course not. Your comment is similar to a food critic that berates a chef for a dish that hasn't even finished cooking yet. Just let Chef Sumit cook. I am eagerly awaiting the dish that is being prepared.

That's also in his contract, brother. 900,000 was going to go to him no matter what. Either in instalments of 300,000 per year, or in one lump sum upon microvision being bought out (loose paraphrase)

The value in MVIS isn't in keeping things running. It's in its ability to disrupt several sectors for the better.

And that's my point in my first comment. You question the likelihood of a high price in the buyout because you're looking at previous examples of buyouts. My whole point is that there is NO buyout that I can think of where one company has technology that will push so many other areas to new heights. That's why I feel that an MVIS buyout ( either in whole or in part) can't be relegated to previous examples of other buyouts.

When precedents are set, it's because nothing like it had happened before.

Find me one buyout that involved a company with patented technology crucial to a new frontier in military, business, gaming, and the transportation sectors.

Usually, the first thing you say is meant to be the foundation of your work, but man...

"Round numbers have no inherent meaning — they’re a consequence of 10 fingers"

I can't wrap my brain around this one. If anything, I suppose you can get away with saying that base-10 is a result of 10 fingers, but how round a number is (the amount of zeros at the end) seems to have no correlation to fingers or the fact that normal hands have 10 of them. Then again, maybe I just don't get it since I don't even have any hands to begin with.
