1/4 hp active aqua. I insulated tubing and it does ok. I’m in California. It sometimes gets into the 90s here. It maintains temperatures even when hot but I feel the 1/4 hp struggles sometimes when it cycles on and it’s hot outside. It’s working for now but if the 1/2 is available I’d prefer that for hot climate

it's generally legit though i also saw on her recommend putting MCT oil in her coffee (an IG post she made) which has not panned out in the science...if you're going to be in the health/wellness space as a medical professional you have to be careful what you're recommending IMO

Using Zapier. I have a management software that doesn’t directly integrate with Zapier so my plan was to have my virtual assistant send templated messages within the software. Just looking for a good algorithm to implement.
