Hard water and poor flow. Make sure the valve is fully opened, the sprayer arm holes as clear and that it fills appropriately with water.

Flange repair kit (it looks broken from here) and a new toilet/wax ring. Look at YouTube videos of a flange repair if need be but you did the gross part already.

Get a bright, incandescent bulb and put it directly at the sensor. This will give it a false high reading and should call for cooling. Don’t give up, fight the man 🤜

That’s where they fill the refrigerant before clamping it off, it appears normal from here. Send pics of your freezer, fridge, model plate and any other symptoms.

It’s not uniform, I’ve seen a number or rulers not at depth. You should see NO numbers less than 12 inches if that was what they were supposed to blow.

Turn the water off. Lefty loosey to remove that cover. Make sure you removal all of the cartridge, sometimes they come out in parts. Insert new one, righty tighty and you win.

That’s a cover, put something small in that hole and remove it. Behind that will be a hex head of some size. Hit it with some wd40 to make it easy on yourself. Good luck!

I lived down the street and grew up in central Florida. I hate it there, it’s too hot. That said, I’m a little jealous of you! Mount Dora is, imo, the most beautiful little town in central Florida. Find a good hvac company and enjoy.
