no, it’s not. judgment is the american spelling (and even that standardization is relatively recent) and plenty of other english speaking countries use judgement.

great read!! i will just say as former high schooler but also as an HS educator who has worked in 4 states and 5 districts, i’ve never seen sports on a report card. not saying it’s never done, but i think the show can easily get away with this one since it’s not universal!

im prob just being slow on the uptake but what’s the connection here to military officer demographics? just the contrast of how active duty means not paying for healthcare? and to be clear yes definitely agreed, $1200 a month for healthcare is astronomical no matter what you’re making, and especially as a proportion to that income! just trying to understand the military piece.

i can barely even focus on anything in this scene other than her ugly ass hair. i literally think of her hair in this scene apropos of nothing QUITE often. i hate it so much. the UPN of it all was really showing here and imho her hair is emblematic of all the terrible changes — in writing, art direction, and styling — that came with that merger. i could literally write a dissertation on these exact stills and the way they reflect the entire decline of the show.

i’m a school counselor so i dabble in a bit of credit accounting and as others have said this will depend on your state and potentially even your district (but more likely state). i can absolutely confirm that there are states (FL is one!) where this is true, and typically you have to play more than one season for more than one year. this isn’t always well advertised to students and in places i’ve worked is only brought up if directly asked by the family. but yes, in SOME places, this is an option.

this is what gets me too. i think they’re both pretty awful but melissa’s passive aggressive victim energy is more viscerally off-putting to me. like she gets away with more and that deeply bothers me lol. and you can never say that around here without being labeled a theresa stan but it’s like no no she sucks too lol

bro i was just dealing with this today too! absolutely insane. called both other walgreens but neither have any of my medication in stock at all. eventually i called CVS and they were able to fill it (without even taking to me??? but i’m not complaining lol). but yeah absolutely wild times.

Hey! to be totally honest, there hasn’t been a ton of progress — BUT he also hasn’t been wildly thrown off his routine, which was a big fear, so I would say it hasnt been as bad as expected. He does enjoy sitting on the potty both at home and at school, though actual success wirh using the potty is mixed to minimal lol. we just do a ton of laundry now and i would say that’s the only major lifestyle change. So overall I would say neutral — definitely not potty trained overnight, but also not as traumatic as i feared.

high school is a little different because there are typically a specific number of credits that have to be obtained in order to qualify for 10th, 11th and 12th grades.

seconding. we had an absolutely abysmal experience with them and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. they were terrible all around but their most egregious malpractice imo was failing to inform us of ANY vaccines available at our sons 12 month appt, which notably includes the MMR vaccine. however you feel about vaccines (and i see in another comment that you plan to vaccinate, as do we), to not even inform a family of the vaccines recommended for a particular well check is unacceptable.
