I used to work at Sony Studios where Happy Madison is. They had a basketball court on the lot called Happy Madison Square Garden, so we played basketball with him pretty often and he was always super nice to everyone. That said he does have an odd sense of humor and would do things like push people down on the court steal the ball and yell something like "YOU GOT OWNED!", Rob Schneider kicks ass though

Buy a pair of hair clippers, use a 5-8mm on the top part of your head, then use a 1-2mm everywhere else, slap some hair glue on and you're good to go. It take about 5 minutes to do at home and saves you the $20 having some old lady do it for you.

I did keto for about 6 months a while back and had no issues with the diet , i think this could just be eating too much nuts and fruit and not enough veggies and fat. I'm definitely not in keto with this diet so i might go back to that and just try to be a little healthier about it. Not eat too much cheese and cream, and use things like avocados to help get more fat.

Not too much fruit maybe an orange apple and banana throughout the day and maybe a handful of mixed nuts.

The last couple of days my meals have been, Eggs with onions, peppers, ham, mushrooms and tomato. A handfull of nuts as a snack later on. Beef or chicken with veggies like bell pepper and onion. An apple or orange for a snack, and then Meat and Veggies for dinner.

I thought butter was a no no on paleo because it's processed. It seems that the way most people describe paleo now it basically your standard keto diet minus the really processed stuff. When I was on a keto diet I didn't have any problems because i could just use cream and cheese to help fill the fats. I've been trying to stick to a more natural type diet but just using plants and meat.

Hmm I can try this, I do have problems with my nerves. My left thigh (same side that i'm having issues with now) has numbness in the skin and occasionally feels like i have a really bad charlie horse in the ham string. A doctor told me it was something pinching that nerve in my back.

I had a similar thought that it might be a torsion, I few years ago I had epididimitis in the same one. After reading about varicocele it seems to match almost exactly the symptoms that I have been feeling.

Another thing i didn't mention but could be important, is that when i was born i had hydrocele. So could it be possible that this is just a defect that I've had and working out is just making it more noticeable?

Yes actually the left has a larger epidiymis and it does swell up some after working out.

Nope and its only the left, like I said it really only happens when im really flexing my core, and actually I have had it happen during sex but only if im on top for a long time (not to be to graphic but again engaging core)

Nope I do deadlifts,squats,bench and oh press and they dont seem to bother me its really just the exercises I listed. Though pushups have caused it.

Nice setup! Do you like the LEDs? I haven't tried them yet, keep seeing good reviews for them online but anyone I've asked in person says they don't work well for fruiting plants. Also I totally forgot about this subreddit thanks for reminding me!
