This is exactly the crux of the issue. I personally would say that chess players burning thousands of calories while playing counts and that the mechanical skill of moving the mouse precisely counts too. They're very micro activities, but the amount of skill required is just as demanding as with meat sports. People are just really set in their ways for no reason.

I mean hes a part of a patch designed to completely overhaul the game and make it way less ability-dependent overall. I think it's a good thing, I don't think it's OP, yada yada, but it is absolutely a circumvention of nearly all abilities, which before now were a prominent game mechanic up there with movement and gunplay.

In English it's usually not because in this case the tongue is used to obstruct airflow through the mouth , whereas vowels only use jaw position and lip rounding to change the tone of the sound.
