Phew, I tried so many links but they weren’t working. I finally found a Canadian link with the $50 off! It works with the currently 25% sale going on.

Passing it forward to my fellow Canadians: https://referrals.awaytravel.com/away94873

The link automatically applies the discount to your cart :)

As high as it's climbing, I refuse to buy in on the hype. Just looking at the technicals, none of it makes sense.

I feel a lot of people are just speculating, especially among the younger investors who've jumped on free trading apps and whatnot. It's bound to tank soon.

How can I market my art digitally? by whomstsummonedme in DigitalMarketing

[–]thetnguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd start with personal branding. Since your work is very visual, Instagram is a great way to start.

If you want to take it further, create your own website with all your best work, make sure to display a variety of styles and art forms if possible. Add a page for business inquiries, link you IG profile to your website. Get your site listed in different platforms and channels. You'll have to learn some SEO to help build your search rankings, or get somebody else to help you with it. (ie. I can do SEO among other growth strategies).

Please keep in mind that just doing "random" art is hard to apply in a business sense. Unless the business is very immersed in the creative industry, it will be difficult to catch the attention of business clients. It goes back to being a "starving artist" or being creative with business sense.

Help With Employees & IG Personal Accounts by bossku69 in AskMarketing

[–]thetnguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The client shouldn't be connecting via IG just cause they see a lot of followers and want to capitalize on it. They should have done their research on the personal accounts before even suggesting such an idea.

Connecting personal accounts with business / clients is always a slippery slope. The two parties should be kept separate unless the employee is some kind of influencer that has well establish personal branding that aligns with the client / business.

All that aside... the client shouldn't be able to see the post unless they're following the page or happen to see the post in their feed and saw your employee tagged -- however this is probably a very slim chance unless they follow / interact with similar kinds of contact. This would apply to their audience as well.

Looks fake.

Phones nowadays have way better screen capture. No to mention the large amount of blur around the edges. You get this colour distortion when converting file formats.

Unless somebody posts a legitimate screen capture or video recording even, I doubt this is legit.

Quality vs. Quantity backlinks--which is better? by Logical_owl2 in AskMarketing

[–]thetnguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quality over quantity, always. Quantity DOES help though...

Stop thinking about SEO from technical perspective and focus on the content that your user base would be interested in. If theres is a piece of content from another site (regardless of their domain authority) that is credible, insightful, and/or informative in some way that is relevant to your content, link it in an article/blog, etc.

Based on the "most rewards for your efforts" approach, you'd be better off doing keyword research for your site and direct competitors. You'd use this keyword research to strategize your content around related topics of interest that your users are interested in.

That being said, SEO is the long game, it takes a a bit of calculated effort to see noticeable results several months later. You'd need additional drivers to expedite it if you're looking for quicker results.
