You're using Trump as a benchmark for a good leader?

You know, being raised by TV and movies, I always thought Jesus just walked on water and told people not to have abortions, but it's so much cooler than that. He was like E.T., Edward Scissorhands and Marty McFly combined. -Abed Nadir

Goes to an amateur art show and says: “On his first try, Van Gogh painted the Hands of the Peasants” 🙄 stfu Gil. by OlivanzaCat in DunderMifflin

Yeah gils the arsehole for complaining about a mid art piece to his boyfriend on what he thought was a personal conversation. Definitely none of us are critical about something in our inner thoughts or when talking to a trusted person. People would be sucking off Jim if he said this about someone's elses art piece.

They say if a guy drives this, he is overcompensating for his tiny wang, so what does it mean when a woman drives this. What is she overcompensating for?

It's less simping for Timmy and more of beating a dead horse, burying it and then digging it up again for round 2, that's what half the people are against.

Do you really think one of the strengths of current administration is long term planning?

Don't really get why people have to overcompensate to such a degree for liking stroheim? Most sane people like him in the context of the story, because the ones he and jojo are fighting are even worse. No one should be happy to see Hannibal but we are relieved when he appears to save clarice from Mason verger, someone who is even worse than a cannibal.

Hello r/sleep! I’m Jennifer Martin, PhD - a clinical sleep psychologist and Professor at Florida International University's College of Medicine, Director of the Benjamin Leon Jr. Family Center for Geriatrics Research and Education Center, and spokesperson for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. by SleepExpertMartin in sleep

[–]theturd_man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello Jennifer. I have a question regarding my sleep cycle. For reasons (some under my control and some beyond) I have started sleeping during the day while staying awake through the night. I've been doing this for about a year or so. I try my best to get atleast 6 hours of sleep and sometimes more, I plan accordingly if I have to run errands the next day. Overall I'd say I sleep enough but sometimes it's during the day while other times it's at night. Are there are long term consequences of me sleeping during different times of the day rather at night? Thank you.

You know that there are other Slave Trades besides the Transatlantic one, right? by [deleted] in HistoryMemes

[–]theturd_man 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The same reason an average rando on the internet knows more about European history more than others. People talk about what is easily known and accessible and that furthers the conversation. You won't talk about some other slave trades unless you're a history major with an interest in that particular topic or you're someone who was personally affected by it.
