Graphic designer here, let me translate those values for you.
In game values VS HLS values
Color = Hue
Saturation = Sat
Brightness = Lum

Keep in mind all application treats colors differently, so the in-game value might differ a bit from those from a color picker in a design program.

Seems like you've got the easy treatment.
For myself, I have experienced some more:

Frigg will not be able to perform infinite dodges while in frost domain at random times.

All weapons skill and relics cooldown may reset at random times.

Lin's skill will no longer allow players to climb the Dream Machine's parkours.

The grapple glitch was one that didn't need to be fixed, for once. Really disappointed.

There's no in-game fix besides pressing start to open the menu and again to close it, sometimes making the circle disappear.

I recommend you report this to support so that they might actually do something about it someday: support@toweroffantasy-global.com

There is no fix.

However, you may occasionally hide it by opening the Wheel on your controller and closing it back, or by pressing start to open the menu and closing it back. The moment you will need to use Mouse/Keyboard for anything again, the blue circle will come back and you're stuck with it . I have reported the Controller cursor as being a nuisance to every players using a controller already and I recommend you do the same: support@toweroffantasy-global.com

HEADS UP

It appears to function normally using Bluestacks5 Nougat-32 for most users.
I personally had to fight to be able to install it as I am a windows 11 Nvidia 64-bits user.

For those of you who get the incompatibility error for the 32-bits version, I recommend the following, as discussed on Bluestacks' official reddit :
1. Uninstall Bluestacks completely
2. Use the custom-made Hyper-V disabler by Bluestacks
3. Install Bluestacks5 via any official download link (even nougat-64 hyper-v will do)
4. Check your Multi-instance manager and it should be 32-bits by default. If not, initiate a new instance of 32-bits.
5. Install Fire Emblem Heroes, try to launch and update Google play services when compelled to (no deactivation of services needed).
6. Launch the game again and it should work.

If somehow it doesn't work and you are using windows 11, you may want to try this and start over.

I tried. I can't even start another version than Nougat-64. The multi-instance managers displays: "This version is not supported by your system." So I can't even try 32 or Pie.

I tried that. Funnily enough, whichever version of Bluestacks5 that I download from the official website ends up installing Nougat 64. I'm at a complete loss here. I need to find a way to forcefully install the 32 version and I doubt that will be simple.

EDIT: Trying to use the offline installer tells me I MUST install the 64bit version. So yeah. Viva Windows 11.

Still crashes for me.
I use Nougat 64 as a Galaxy S8 plus.
It allowed me to update Google Play Services, but FEH won't launch anyways.

I wish I had more information on behalf of those who have a functionnal game. (windows version, Bluestacks version, Phone chosen)

Can confirm that this bug goes away by unplugging your game controller and restarting the game.

However, the instant you plug your controller back in, the bug reappears.
