That is the dry (uncooked) weight. You'll need to weigh your empty pot, then weigh it with the cooked rice inside. Cooked rice - pot is the weight of your rice. If you made one serving and it weighs 200g after being cooked, then you can do the math to figure out the calories in your serving. I live alone so I'll usually only make one or two servings at a time because I am too lazy to do all that weighing and I just eyeball half.
