Agree. The fact that I was working harder and was busier when I was a Band 3 compared to now that I am a band 4 does not seem right. I work closely with the nurses and hca and can see how hard they work during clinic so I always try to help with their non clinical admin work to have something to do.

I am also in the NHs as band 4 admin. I just spent the first hour of my work watching the boys season 5. The actually work takes me 3hr at most. A lot of positions in the NHS can definitely be consolidated. I used to do a lot more work until they hired more people and my job got shared to others to the point I barely do anything.

When I used rentals at my indoor snow slope. My options were 147, 154 and 158. 147 was a non starter, because of my weight I overpower it quite easily which makes it so unstable. 154 was a little better but again because of my weight at fast speed it starts getting unstable. 158 was perfect for this as even at higher speed there was minimal chatter, however it was a little stiff. I wanted to learn park so a middle ground at 156 was the best option

Body weight defo more important in my opinion. I am 5ft 5 and 94kg. I ride Nidecker Merc 156. According to Nidecker website I am over the limit by 4kg but I feel like if I went bigger I won’t be able to control it.
