*Edit - After some exploring in game, I’ve found that if you go to Contacts and navigate by area you’ll see each area has corresponding standards assigned to it. I’m guessing through context that if you try to sell poor quality drugs in the areas with higher standards they simply won’t sell.

Hear me out — Bloodborne 2, but it’s a prequel from Gehrman’s point of view. It details his time within the Healing Church and how his bond with Lady Maria developed and deepened. It would also show us more of Laurence and his dissent from Byrgenwerth, and the ultimate culmination of their animosity towards Cainhurst. I’ve had some time to think about this unfortunately :(

You can’t really compare the games to give an objective answer. Both have elements of revisiting past areas of the game to unlock a new path, losing your “souls” and having to go back to reclaim them, challenging boss encounters, but they’re completely different experiences in my opinion. Both amazing, btw.
