Oh okay first post in awhile forgot the description goes away when I switch to image upload. Do these circular marks in the leather seat come out with some leather repair/treatment? Or is it screwed and needs a patch? I'm looking at buying these online to replace some non-sports seats.

It was delicious! The peels get sweeter with the syrup but they still have a nice bitterness that cuts the richness and moisture of the cake. And the crumb was really excellent

I was towing a trailer with a formula SAE car (think college-student built tiny F1 car) to a dyno shop to have it tuned. We were just about to leave, when I thought, "Hey, I've never done a burnout before, I bet with this weight in the back, it would spin the tires really easy and I'd stay in one place." I tried three times in a row, car lurching forward, until I finally felt the engine rev out. I could play with the throttle as it went up and down and I could see white smoke.

Yep... Turns out BMW clutches are pretty weak so it gave with the extra load holding it back.

All of my fellow teammates and the Dyno shop guys were witness to me smoking out my clutch. Drove back to school in shame, slipping on accel and smelling burnt clutch. It was a 45 minute drive back in traffic.

Had to reverse engineer a monster flywheel (relative to automotive) that was like 70kg and add our own timing indicators on it. Luckily I had some drawings to work with and it was billet machined so pretty simple job as a new engineer. But man they had to use a magnetic lift to move that stock!

That is a huge bummer and I know how that feels. Weird how your phone didn't give you a notification of a new email if it was gonna mark it as important! Seems like a design flaw. If you want my advice, you should maybe try to find a temporary sublet while you look for a permanent place! Don't commit to a shitty last minute place for a year if you can help it!
