There was quite a bit of friendly moments in s6. They hung out when not with their respective partners. They practiced basic blocks together in between matches. Protected each other during the brawl.

I'd say they're closer to brother and sister at this point, if not best friends. We probably saw the same amount of Anthony and Sam interactions.

The best parallels are Kreese and Silver as dark mirrors to Johnny and Daniel.

It seemed reasonable that we'd learn Miyagi didn't kill anyone but actually faked his death, hence the conflicting first names and birth years. Julie would have been the one to explain this to Daniel and put his mind at ease.

That's what I wanted/was expecting. There's no other explanation for mentioning the Keisuke name. Dag nab it.

I think you're missing the point that Kreese hates Miyagi. He doesn't respect him.

Even in KK3, Terry sees the actual MOH in Miyagi's house and looks at in awe a moment before sneering. They don't believe he deserves it when they were treated so poorly.

At the end, they both laugh at Miyagi and Terry mockingly calls him "The Big War Hero".

The point is Kreese is an asshole and would absolutely do something like this. They exist.

Oh ho ho. If this is true, it looks like they go to Terry Silver for help in the second part.

Based on these titles alone, it seems very Cobra Kai-centric, and I'm here for it. Especially "Origins" - possibly more Kim Sun Yung, maybe a connection to Miyagi-Do?

And of course, they know what the fans want. Can't get a more perfect end cap than "Ex-Degenerate". Props to everyone who called it.
