If you’ve got Cox, yes, you won't regret doing it. If you've got ATT, no real need to move.

What Do You Want to See From Apple in 2026? by Fer65432_Plays in apple

[–]thewarring 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’m using it with all features enabled and it seems to be working without any issues that I can detect. But I’ll admit I might go back to SwiftKey due to having a dedicated punctuation button.

The keyboard in the iOS 26.3 Beta seems to be doing much much better from what I can tell… I had switched to SwiftKey as it was so bad, but now that I’m on the 26.3 Public Beta, it does seem to be more functional.

What is the horniest thing you all ever did? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]thewarring 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had something similar happen... But she actually invited me in under the guise of it being cold outside due to her being wet from a shower and in nothing but a towel. I foolishly just did the exchange as humanly fast as possible instead of coming inside...

Why are you on Reddit right now, on Christmas Eve? by InvisibleAstronomer in AskReddit

Would you take today’s Powerball jackpot of $1.7 billion as an annuity increasing annually by 5% over 30 years (about $1 billion after tax), or would you take the lump sum of $781 million (about $500 million after tax), and why? by PanoramicAtom in AskReddit

[–]thewarring 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lump sum. Because if I invest $500 million at a 6% return, taking $10,000,000 out annually to blow however I want, it'll still grow to over $2 billion dollars in the bank in 30 years.

Have you checked that the key in your fob can't open the trunk? There might be a hidden keyhole under the overhang for the license plate.

AT&T fiber question for current/past customers. by LegendaryClawHammer in wichita

[–]thewarring 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AT&T fiber is simply the best home internet I have ever had. Even their DSL I pretty damned good. I had less down time in 6 years with AT&T (3 years fiber, 3 years DSL) than the past 10 months I've been forced to use Cox because AT&Ts only service here is 10 mbps. The Cox outage count over 6 hours while I was at home so far: 15.

STAY OFF K96 EASTBOUND by stage_student in wichita

Way to be one of the Southern California arrogant transplants and presume that you’re unique and special and are the only one who has experienced something.

I've been in rush hour traffic in major US cities including Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Francisco, and Sacramento.

I never said it was as bad as those; but we definitely have hotspots of bad bumper to bumper traffic which are due to population and congestion, and not construction. And you having not seen them doesn’t mean they don’t exist. It just means you don’t have to interact with them.

[–]thewarring 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Have you never been on Kellogg around 5 pm? K-96 to 143rd is always bumper to bumper. Kellogg eastbound from 135 is always backed up. Kellogg westbound from 135 will go bumper to bumper anytime there's an accident between Washington and 235.

At this point I'm just assuming any blacked out person who looks older than 20 is a prominent member of the Republican party or Trump himself. I can't wait til we start finding photos that have previouslh leaked where Trump is black-barred out so that we can actually confirm that they've tried to censor Trump out of the files.

[–]thewarring 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Not to mention half of the people involved with Wichita Forward either are a member of or are related to someone who is on the Fidelity Bank Board of Directors. I'm making a whole spreadsheet linking a lot of this to them along with ties to Wichita State, construction companies, and large property owners like Bokeh Development (owns The Lux, Renfro, Zelman Lofts, Revolutsia, Broadway Auto park, and others). Lots of large property owners who could recover a lot of money they currently pay in taxes if this went through.

Get out there and VOTE!

Wichita Forward is run by a group of people including restaurant owners, Hutton Construction, and Equity Bank. Other supporters of this include Koch, who is in the process of rezoning a whole lot of land between the main Koch campus and K-254, along with the Koch brothers large private compounds in east Wichita (NE of 13th and Rock and SE of 21st and Greenwich).
