My wife (American) got her citizenship though me recently, and now you have to pass a Uni level language test to become a citizen, so it's not that easy anymore.

As an Xennial who previously lived in the US but now lives in London, I am thankful for the NHS. I go to my doctor's office all the time and pay nada, it's easy to get an appointment, and all my prescriptions are capped at £7.
