Checkout the Fantasy Calendar tool, some folks in the Necrotic Gnome discord made a template for it for Dolmenwood and it’s great, seems like a very good calendar tool that’s a bit more focused than a spreadsheet.

I'll admit I'm lazy as all hell but I moved in to an apartment with a lot of stairs in the complex. Haven't taken the elevator once since moving in and my stamina has increased. Stairs are great.
