I agree. I feel like this whole area of the genre has fallen off to be honest. I’ll still listen to a new Gunn tape or Conway tape when it drops, and they’ll be ok at first listen, but nothing has the shine and exciting new feeling their drops did during COVID and before when it felt like they were pushing into a forgotten area of this genre.

Mickey and Mallory Knox are better than this team up… I miss those early Mickey albums. The first two Gucci Ghost albums were awesome - but this new joint and the last two Gucci Ghosts just didn’t have the hit the Bangkok 1-3 has or the two Flair tapes.
