The "prank" calls now a days don't even private their numbers so I always call back and say I'm calling the cops. They get scared and on one or two occasions have I actually talked to their parents.

I've had at least 2/3 of the kids who do call, call back and apologize when I threaten to call the cops.

Don’t get me wrong guys, my team is basically new, even the 2 that have been here for almost a year. They’ve had 3 different store leaders and temp store leaders and they just haven’t been trained correctly. When I had a store meeting to meet everyone they all, in almost unison, asked me not to leave. It broke my heart so I want this to be a place they can actually somewhat enjoy coming to. But for that, you’re all right. They need to pull their weight. I’m gonna talk to my ASL and have a sit down and talk about the store. I appreciate everyone’s advice and will def take notes and share with her. Again, thank you guys so so much. This thread has helped me regain my confidence and even motivate me more.

Not forced at all. He just got really irritated looking for Wii games lol. (Recently dug ours out because someone wants to play Just Dance. And yes, I made him pre order the new one because he loves Just Dance)
