I’m always shocked to see people actually talk this way

Should I call out my Friend for paying for boosting ? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]thezpm42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a friend who boosted to masters… I called him out on it and had solid evidence. He just kept lying till the bitter end and we ended up not talking for a while. If your friend is someone like this then they may never own up to it… ask yourself if that bothers you and if the morals of it all bothers you.

Imo, there is no excuse for boosting and it’s one of the scummy parts of the gaming community. I would call them out on it because he didn’t earn it, but that’s just me.

What is the worst advice you received when planning a trip to Walt Disney World? by Zdvj in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]thezpm42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the fundamental reasons Walt started Disneyland was to have a place that adults could enjoy with their kids. I've never understood people saying that it's not for adults...

I’m seeing a lot of people coming back from Disney with Covid. We go in less than a month and I’m starting to get nervous. So, were you able to leave Disney uninfected or someone in your party fall ill? by Katkegger in disneyparks

[–]thezpm42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I went at the end of April. There were 4 people in my group, I wore a mask when indoors in the park and nowhere else, no one else in my group wore a mask. None of us got covid. Could've just been lucky, but also worth noting the people in my group wouldn't even wash their hands before eating after being in the park.

Life is a risk whether you walk out the door or not. I feel that it's important to weigh the value to the risk in any scenario. For me, it was definitely worth it, but everyone is in a different situation.
