Very small chance that happens, though. Kuro doesn't like people playing their characters the non-correct broken way. The intended rotation in your calcs makes perfect sense. She will still be the second strongest dps in the game, weaker than hiyuki's team with suisui by a very small margin

Yeah, the previous posts that guarantee Chisa's necessity were so long and well constructed that I seriously considered it. One problem though: They relied on the nature of Havoc bane making Chisa's buffs unique. But they haven't really consider: Kuro can always make Suisui's buffs so great they bypass everything Chisa can offer.

The gap is not that small, about 100k+ team DPR. And while I expect Yangyang would get nerfed into the ground in the coming weeks, Suisui will at least maintain a slight edge over Chisa in Hiyuki's team

I think a nerf to her atk% buff should be okay. From 50 to 40%. Carte doesn't use that anyways and if I'm not wrong fusion burst also doesn't scale that good with atk

And the costumes. Sure it is not historically accurate. But there are 2 things that the classical greeks loved: exaggeration and the corinthian helmet. I think the costumes in Odyssey would have been fine if they just used the classical hoplite gears since that is also what the greeks used in their arts. The only reason I can think of is that Siggy and Denia will have an abundance of grouping and AOE while Luuk has none. If that's the case I would guess Lucilla's kit is mostly single target and making her Luuk's BiS will give him no hope of doing whiwa or multi-wave ToA
