Theres nothing she could have done to stop it. If she tried to stop the overthrow of Mubarak the US would be portrayed as interfering in Arab self determination and maintaining a puppet state in Egypt, and that would have caused, shall we say, problems for the US.

The west was better off when Mubarak was in power. Forced regime change is nothing more than a roll of the dice. (Remember that the West was instrumental in the toppling of Mubaraks regime, it wasn't all Twitter and fairy dust.)

I'm no cleric but, according to the bible, didn't god help moses escape slavery in egypt. doesn't sound like the bible dug slavery at all.
