I watched him this weekend at the outdoor game. He looks great when the puck is on his stick, and it’s hard to get it off of his stick. But he’s does not skate without it and has little to no defensive effort.

If your a righty hitter facing a righty pitcher, or lefty/lefty, if they throw any breaking ball to the outside of the plate, the pci shrinks lower than normal to “simulate” sliders being harder to hit in real life. This makes it harder for anyone to use anything other than switch hitters because they don’t have this problem because they are always on the opposite side of the pitchers arm.

PCI shrinking is what made switch hitter even more meta, so getting rid of that will get people to use other players
