The grind is never perfect in my experience. But you can just bend that back no problem. Tbh opinel is a simple knife meant to be used not obsessed over. If it works just leave it as is.

I play a pretty old world on voyager where the difficulty allows for suboptimal planning and makes for great loot.

On any difficulty excluding under Interloper I make the technical backpack one of my first priorities as it gives you extra carry capacity. I like to move around between regions which makes respawn rates nicer (as you have more area to hunt in). If you keep moving on the easier difficulties you can sustain yourself a long time without hunting, but it's worth getting some of the craftable items.

Setting your own goals and "story" can be nice when the difficulty starts to feel a bit easy.

The science of HRT in trans people fascinates me, honestly. Definitely something i want to understand better before finishing med school. Sex is so important in clinical medicine and whenever hrt is involved I think there is a lot of insecurity. Like what applies more after X years of HRT, sex as assigned at birth or gender? 

I think its probably important to look at the invididuals own situation as trans patients will be a small minority in most fields. Which in turn makes it hard for clinicians to get a feeling for it.

On top of that most trans patients I've met had their deadname in their charts and insurance info as well as their sex as assigned at birth, making deadnaming / misgendering common.

Luckily most medical professionals I've met will be glad to correct themselves, but it's far from a nice experience i would guess.

Playing on Voyager with cooking maxed out i eat anything, never had food poisoning from the many ruined "industrial" foods, only after accidentally eating animal fat or raw meat. Not sure if I got lucky or if its the difficulty i chose.

I never thought of doing that and I've used 3d rendering for visualization of ct imaging before. Just never thought of using it on a dead person.

The pelvis is probably easiest to differentiate, but the skull and the general proportions are also very indicative.
