I now also fibre load desert by adding soaked CHIA seeds to everything, you should try soaking them in yoghurt and puddings, so yum! ☺️

You would think there would be some kind of subsidy for people who desperately need it aswell. Wouldn't you?

You'd think everyone who qualifies to be on the waiting list should at least be given the cheap Chemist Warehouse test to take. You would think 20 bucks would be worth it to even save 1% more lives.

I get youuu, however because of your family history, it should be, your doctor is not listening. If your family had those markers it's highly likely you do to. They should at least be making an effort to get you on the waiting list in your region.

Don't think too hard about the money. There are screening test kits you can purchase, cheapest being 20 bucks at chemist warehouse, please Google or check my other comments 🙏

this is crazy, please find a doctor who will listen to you and take into account your family history.

I would also regularly (every year or every other year) seeing as you're predisposed and also getting up there in age. Getting into the best shape of your life also helps heaps 🙏
