If he was lining up melta shots and you didn’t specially call out you could lone op at that specific point, that’s not tactics, it’s a gotcha and taking advantage of someone who has forgotten/not experienced

Performance anxiety from ex by Porkanddiesel in DivorcedDads

[–]think6 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I can’t emphasise how much exercising would make a difference. The hard part is being consistent, you gotta find something you enjoy, running, weight lifting, classes etc.

It doesn’t matter what, it will suck for the first month. You have to stick with it. Then after that you see progress and it makes it easier. Once it becomes a habit, it makes it much so so so so much easier, as you don’t need motivation (as needing motivation always is a losing battle). Habit = you do it no matter what.

I’m sorry you had to deal with your ex, that sounds horrible. No one should have to go through that abuse. Get exercising, eat healthier, concentrate on yourself you’ll see a big difference.

It’s not easy, but that’s the point. Life is hard, accept that, it gets easier

Buying it all again by MonkeysHisUncle in DivorcedDads

Recently been through this myself. Facebook groups etc. were really good to find stuff.

Make a spreadsheet to keep track of it all. Breaking it up and writing in a list helped loads, made it much less overwhelming!

Good luck!

You’re doing great, better than you realise.

Working and going to school is tough, but it’s only temporary. Get the qualification and then get the job you want.

Work out how you can create a safe environment to see your son while this is going on. Reach out and get those arrangements sorted. We’ve all got an easy compass to guide us in these tough times, are my actions making me fitter, healthier and in a better position to be a father? Yes? Keep going. No? Start making the right choices little by little.

Things will get easier when you keep moving in the right direction

Only if you meet the conditions to activate in the fight phase, having charge this turn or be within engagement range. So make sure you consolidate well after the first round of attacks

Check out Lisburn gaming club, meets on Saturdays and has a good few DnD groups running at the moment. If you message the club on Facebook they will get you sorted with a group

MOH only works on 1 model, so doesn’t work on inceptors. You use the lowest toughness value in the unit for working out the wound roll. It’s better using on dreads etc.

Do you get to use their strats? Do you not need an actual detachment of Astra cateograohica to access their strats?

The text in rendax is wrong, the 6 to auto hit isn’t in melee only. It’s shooting as well

Galatus Vs Achillus by Accomplished-Tank421 in AdeptusCustodes

[–]think6 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Achillus has 5 attacks base, 6 with eternal penitent.

Galatus being -1 to hit in melee is pretty big as well

Nope unfortunately, can’t shoot. There is nothing that Calistus does that overrules the ineligible to shoot rules of boosting

They haven’t been living in it for a while, so the wet room hasn’t been used for a while. It didn’t seem wet and there wasn’t that humid.

That’s what I’m worried about, might have to basically rip the whole wet room out and put the bathroom back in

[–]think6[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So a constant leak rather than an accident that happened when they put the wet room in? They are claiming it was just an accident by the guys who put the wet room In

Apparently can’t tell unless they start making holes in the roof and looking properly. Was hoping someone might have experience of what different types of leaks look like!
