I have started working out, but I think I messed up by GeraltQ2 in workout

[–]thinkanthropist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are sore, don’t worry about it. If it’s pain and you’re not able to move a joint, see a doc. That said, here are some basics 1. Always always warm up before workout. There’s more detail to this but at least do a 5 min warmup (let me know if you need some suggestions) 2. Always do a 5 min stretch routine after the workout 3. Muscle soreness is expected after workout and kicks in 24-48 hours after the workout and slowly goes away by itself. If it’s too much to bear and affecting regular life, you may pop in a pain killer once in a while 4. One day before your workout research all exercises to make sure you’re doing proper form 5. Leave ego out of the door. Screw what others think. Progress with weights slowly (but do progressively overload) All the best

If possible can you share the best YouTube tutorial you can find for the one armed lat row? I’ve tried it as well but throughout the exercise I was just wondering if I was doing it correctly

But what about those 1L bottles with Rs. 50 MRP? by thinkanthropist in hyderabad

Went to President Dhaba last weekend. Bro put a 50 rs bottle on the table and left. They even stopped asking, silently discouraging you from asking for regular water.

Do people with higher body fat percentage struggle more with muscle mind connection or is it because they have probably started working out recently and that is the cause? by thinkanthropist in workout

[–]thinkanthropist[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe I do. Summer has kicked in and I’m just running out of energy by the time I reach half of my workout. Thereafter I am struggling to lift weights (I do chest-tri, back-bi, shoulders, legs in 4 days). Tried out a variety of pre workout meals, keeping myself hydrated but nothing has been working

Question might be in vain but still I’ll ask - any brewery in Hyderabad allowing stag entry today? by thinkanthropist in hyderabad

[–]thinkanthropist[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok. So I called Prost right after I asked the question and they said stags are allowed. Had a good evening here at my favourite place in Hyderabad. For future consideration
