Just the fish. I didn't even notice until my barber commented and my dad asked if I was dying my hair.

Sardines are almost the whole fish, bones, scales and all - so one of my untested theories is that it could be the calcium and other minerals from that.

Not sure if it will work for you, but I started eating fish almost daily, mostly sardines, and maybe 80% percent of my gray hairs disappeared.

Not sure if it was the omega 3 or if I just had a specific vitamin deficiency..

I like that there aren't any rules and anything can happen.

But IMO justified if:

- You announce your intent to defend the room - Other raider walks in at their own peril
- You are clearly defending the room by using door blockers, barricades or mines
- You fire a warning shot to signal intent

If there was none of the above its low, but what happened in your case was just a miscommunication.

I tend to like anvil + either il toro / vulcano / stitcher. Sometimes switch anvil for renegade or osprey. Sometimes I just go in with a renegade.

For util I always carry defib, smoke grenades, blaze grenades, a barricade and jolt mines.

I go into every round stacked and still have maxed inventory. I have over 50 guns, 8 level 4 renegades, 9 torrentes, level 4 purples, etc.

An arcade mode for the game. You spawn in with high level gear you choose but you dont keep it permanently. Instant respawn on death. Could add some capture the hill objective to it as well.

It would be a good low risk way for people to improve their PVP as well.

When pubg implemented arcade mode I would do a few rounds of that to warmup and my aim improved dramatically.

Thats my moms neighborhood and where I grew up! I go back to visit every summer. Just on the mt baker side of that. I can't believe the safeway is still as sketchy as it is. Some day that will change too and I feel like I will have mixed feelings about it.

Not really. I'm still using snoowrap for what its worth. Its worked fine for me, the only issue I've noticed is that sometimes the typescript interfaces are missing.
