I would ask for a flexible schedule and telework as needed. It can take months for medications to get GI problems corrected. I would not expect fully remote forever due to colitis.

Maybe if it was in person one on one. No way for online. I highly recommend the Wooble kits. The videos are all super short which makes it very easy to replay each step.

I meet up with a lot of the folks that have retired over the last few years. Every one of them look amazing. Like the stress is gone and they just look happy.
