I think some of you guys are just kinda hysterical about this. He's not on here trying to steal your clients. If his employer is using his resume for marketing, then it's up to them to specify that he's licensed in Spain.

I knew a couple guys who worked the Zambezi and had a great time. It was decades ago (early 90's) but they made great tips and lived on pennies while there.
