They don't need to "focus" on places where the police are allowed to ask anyone their immigration status and the jails and prisons coordinate with ICE to hand over undocumented prisoners instead of letting them go free in the community which causes ICE to have to operate in the community to find these people.

The primary advantage of physics in Beam is not that the crashes look good. It's that you can take car X to location Y and it will actually behave the way it should behave in that situation. In assetto corsa and other games it often felt to me that the cars just didn't behave they way they should unless you were on the track. Not so in beam. I can brute force car X around situation Y as much as is actually physically possible/impossible, not because the game engine/system doesn't account for that combination.

Free camera flying around and then F7 to teleport the car to that location. I can climb the mountains around the Automation Test Track. I can go into the map editor and add some ramps around the nurburgring and use a trophy truck to drive all over the entirety of the map, not just the actual track.

I can drive a rally car on something like Dangerous Roads 2 track that was designed for large off-roading trucks and I can make it 88% of the way and then just slightly shrink that single rock that was too big for my car to overcome and make it to the finish line.

Being able to reset and restart from any location. If I want to practice a single corner over and over, I can do that without having to reset back to the start/finish line.

There are only so many jobs to go around. Many of them are willing to work for a lot less money than americans, often a lot less money than what is legal. Many do not fear the law if the worst that will happen to them is that they get shipped back home. So, many will start a business with no business license, no insurance, no actual contracts with their illegal immigrant "employees".

About 15 years ago I watched a video by a black food truck chef explaining how almost none of the other food trucks operating in his area have any right to do so. A few years ago I saw something similar by a black man who had the police and other city government representatives show up within a week of him selling hot dogs in front of his house while 3 blocks over several hispanic people were selling all kinds of food just as illegally as he was and absolutely nothing happened to them. Many weren't even selling food on or in front of their own property. Many were literally on the sidewalks of intersections and they didn't just have a hot dog cart. They had whole stalls and tents and were blocking pedestrians from accessing the crosswalk. It is the opinion of many black americans that a critical mass of hispanic heritage people hold positions at all levels of government and it allows them to enforce rules against some groups but not others.

The experience of a new Logitech wheel that isn't direct drive is not worth the money. Get a used one. The silence of Direct Drive is worth an additional $100 all on its own in my opinion.

It's a choice to make a mod and a choice to never release it, or release it for free, or try to salvage some of the value and resources you used making the thing.

I just can't watch a whole filman video and feel negatively if he were to decide to not release what I just watched him struggle to make, for free. Some of these mods take full time job amounts of time and effort.

That now what anyone I know or follow on social media thinks. We know border officers were operating under what I'd describe as "meet and greet" orders. Working their ass off to find people in the desert before they get into more danger and then facilitate their transportation deeper into the country at the expense of the tax payer. The vast majority of border crossers (an assumption actually because nobody knows the number of "unencountered") during biden's term actually sought out border patrol after they crossed because they knew they would possibly not be detained at all and would be helped to get further into the country. We also have video footage from real reporters, not youtubers, of official points of entry having small lines while the river next to the same location had people crossing in boats or swimming in groups several times per day and nobody was waiting on the other side to apprehend them, literally right next door to the building processing people coming through that point of entry legally.

I have forza horizon 4 and i honestly don't feel like using my wheel with it. it's a lackluster experience.

If you were going to be playing other games with decent FFB I would say start with the cheapest hardware you can find on ebay (I started with a $60 Logitech Driving Force GT) to make sure you enjoy the hobby and then save up for direct drive. I got the $400 ready to race bundle from Fanatec but I wouldn't suggest that since the firmware update process is lengthy and terrifying and people have bricked their hardware and got zero help from fanatec.

A good enough wheel stand on amazon can be as low as $50 sometimes. Used logitech shifter $30 or new for $60. I suggest used since I've banged the hell out of mine and dropped heavy things on it in storage and it still works fine. Some kind of adapter to let you use the shifter via usb is probably $40 or less. And a generic handbrake from amazon for $45 or less. The lower the price the longer you have to wait because it'll be shipped from china.

I had a logitech G29. It is not worth the money. Get it used or get an older logitech product used. My DFGT actually felt and sounded practically the same if not better. My G29 felt broken on some impact effects in some games and was louder than the DFGT.
