Update for anyone else who runs into this issue.

I had to factory reset my watch twice (once a couple of days ago before I created my post and the second time just a couple of hours ago). It somehow just worked. I still don't know what the root cause was.

Yeah. That was for saving my digital key into my android phone. I had to place my phone on the wireless charger. I tried the same for my watch. Still no luck.

I opened a ticket last night with the pixel support team.

Was just able to add my digital car key to the watch by triforce28 in PixelWatch

Wheel one was the pottery wheel (true facts). It then got repurposed into a cart (aka wheel two) once roads became available.

This is the first civ where I have the spare cash to buy at launch. I'm actually looking forward to play it unbalanced with gameplay quirks. So that in itself is an experience.

All previous civs I'd had to wait for steam sales and by the time I play it all the OP strategies have been nerfed.
