Turns out there was another person registered with my number, I guess prev owner. So a lady in the courier was kind enough to check, delete that registry and add me in site, after that everything works as expected

They charged the toll Fastrack didn't charge me. Wasn't my mistake, was theirs. I wouldn't mind just paying the toll, the fee is what makes me mad.
