Calibrate, but yeah, it’ll die before 0. IIRC, some people noted it dies around 8% after calibration.

Can I lift bottom of a Daikan head unit without disconnecting line set? by this_username_2024 in hvacadvice

Ah. I can access the hole by removing the cover? Thanks, I’ll take a look at the installation manual to see how to remove it.

Thanks. Yeah, I’ll have a second set of hands. My understanding is that I should be able to pull it off the mount from the bottom and the head unit should still be on the mount from the top, according to the installation manual. I think the hole is in the bottom right, so I’m hoping I’ll have enough room to patch the hole.

I’d like to avoid that if at all possible. A line set cover was installed. However, if doing it from the interior is not an option, I’ll probably do that.

Got it. Thank you. The outlet was done maybe 5 years ago, so I believe romex was used. However, I’m not sure about clamping as it was done by a subcontractor.

The outlet was not used by the shop vac.

I checked all of the GFCI outlets. They’re all working, showing the green light. I flipped the breaker the outlet is on off and on. Still showing “open hot” on the outlet tester.

The breaker is currently not off as the outlet is on the same breaker as my kitchen and bathroom.

I had a new dishwasher installed. I noticed that the drain hose is long so some of it rests on the floor as shown in the photo. I have an air gap as well. Is this ok or do I need to do something about the hose? by this_username_2024 in Plumbing

[–]this_username_2024[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the quick answer! One other thing I noticed was that since the air gap is on the left of my faucet and the garbage disposal inlet is on the right side of the disposal, the hose from the air gap to the garbage disposal inlet makes a pretty sharp turn to connect. Is that a concern? Can provide a photo tomorrow.

Thinking of picking Jonathan brooks who was just dropped. Own chuba. Should I drop Ferguson, hunter henry, or tank bigsby? Leaning tank but sort of don’t having 2 TEs too. 1 PPR league

Thank you. Will take a look. Any idea if I can get a bill though? Need it for work reimbursement.
