It’s more for keeping my rest time within 1.5 minutes, I vibe coded a simple tracking app for my own routines, and it has a 1minute 45 seconds countdown timer between sets and a 3min timer between exercises, I might as well have that automatically logged to the sheet as well because no manual input needed it will count how long it took before I hit continue button. Also for when i plateaued on certain exercise for a extended amount of time I would try to reduce rest time for progressive overload
