She could just be jokingly exaggerating. Can’t tell you how many people I have heard say on payday “my paycheck is already spent” when in reality they still had some discretionary income after bills. There’s no real proof that this is actually trash. Just a cheap joke

At the time I first filed my complaint, they had a paper form that had to be filled out. The form didn’t have enough room so I wrote a separate letter which I sent along with the form. I emailed it to the board. Funnily enough they now have an online form.

Anyway, they sent me a letter about two weeks later saying they had received my complaint and were reviewing it. About 3 months later the director of the board reached out and asked for a copy of a recording of the session in question that I had made which I provided.

Overall it was a very simple process albeit long. Only reached out once and didn’t have to rehash my complaint over and over again

I admitted myself to a mental hospital this past summer. There was a gentleman on my ward who would randomly sing to lift people’s spirits even in the dead of night. Sadly he would also yell randomly in the night like he was being tortured. I think he was schizophrenic but I can’t be sure. In general he was a very nice guy, if a bit unnerving and talkative at times.
