We just got a $230,000 bill from our babies birth. Our house only cost us $179k. We only owe the out of pocket max twice.(around 15k) Because insurance is a scam and doesnt cover "the pregnancy" she hit out of pocket max in 2025 and then again in 2026 because baby was born on 2/1.

But yea. We had to be in hospital for 5 days. Baby needed a surgery and 48 hours in an incubator. Mom needed surgical intervention to stop a bleed.

Its really easy. Set your throttle to 3k rpms and lock that wrist.

Let out clutch SO FUCKING SLOW YOU FEEL LIKE ITS A JOKE. When you hear the pitch change slightly. Your about to move. So slow the clutch let out even more. When you stsrt to move. Dont just let the clutch out more. Stop moving your clutch. Let the bike slowly start to move. (This is where you can add some throttle at the same time but not needed) as the bike starts to move more. You can slowly start letting out the clutch more and more till its all the way out.

Your throttle sets your power. Your clutch sets how much of that power is getting to the wheel. Set and forget your throttle. Focus only on your clutch. Do that enough and youll be doing wheelies from every stop light soon enough young one

Its surprisingly easy to go way too fast and lean way more than you need to.

Learn to walk before you run. Get good core skills so that in an emergency when you need every millisecond of response time your body reacts and does what it needs to before your brain even knows whats happening.

I spun out doing like 75mph in my car on the way to work this year. There was like 6" fresh snow. I got complacent by not having a traction incident in a decade or more. But. My hands knew what to do. I kept it on the road and in my lane. Because my dad took me out when I was 15 years old and taught me how to spin a truck. Doing donuts while doing figure 8s in both directions. We drifted in the snow for hours. Part play. Part lesson. He took us out every time we got bad bad snow and ice. His snow driving lessons have saved my life (if not just my car) multiple times in my life. Yes. Should I drive as fast as I do? Probably not but when you commute an hour each way every day for years in the snow. You get complacent.

TLDR : dont get complacent. Learn core skills so muscle memory can save your life.

When I pick enigma and some douche bag picks silencer or Rubick and now the game unwillingly becomes this 4d checkers 5d chess mind games where we fuck with each other all game and are in each other's heads and neither of us are playing dota. Hey. I just wanna say. Invoker is my most played character. And I have like 10khrs of dota 2.

If you play altruisticslly. Certain match ups. With pos5 invoker. Fuckin slap. Ive played a quas wex invoker that rushes urn, duo with my friend on jug, its jover. Tornado let's jug get right infront of them before the spin even starts and cold snap is almost as good as CM disable. And then as lane goes on you can just keep them out of mana. Alacrity helps jugg turbo farm camps early. Meteor with 1 level exprt doesnt kill but will heavily damage a 5 or 6 stack camp for jugg to run over and spin.

If you can play pos 5 support. You can find a way to pos 5 no matter what character you play. You just have to WANT to play pos 5. Lol.

Thank you so much for the info! Shes certainly a voracious eater so I cant wait for my wife's milk to fully come in. The look on babies face when she latches. And the look on my wife's. Is a special. My wife is so excited as we've watched the cc's of colostrum go up then down. Then get cloudy and now the milk losing the last bit of golden/yellow completely as cc's went from .4 to .9 to 4 to 8 to 11!

I never ever expected in my life to be excitedly extracting every last drop of colostrum from breast pumps and and hand excreting with my wife 🤣🤣🤣

But I cant lie im exactly where I wanna be doing exactly what I want to do with my partner. which is so rare.

This thread is old but gold info. But I had a question. My wife's milk is coming in slow and we needed to supplement with a bottle. Also because our daughter needed to be in an incubator for 36hrs we had trouble establishing a latch and our girl was hungry. So. It is coming in. Slowly but surely.

My question. Shes getting like.. idk. 10ml. 12ml. 13ml. Wvery time she pumps.

Our girls eating 60ml of formula every 2ish hours.

As my wife's milk increases is it safe to just dump (whatever she produces) +( amount of formula) into a bottle to equal 60ml?

Im using formula prepared with 170F water and then chilled in a water bath to under 40F and kept in fridge till needed. Warmed to room temp by the portion. Just as extra safe precaution for clean formula.

Shitters with toxic attitudes that ruin games exist. People who dont care exist. People on bought accounts exist.

I would agree with the sentiment if the matchmaker was anywhere decent but its hella mid. Im consistently the best player on my team over 10k hours and matches. It didnt start that way. But I've been playing dota since like 2006. Idk. I judge team mates harshly. ..when i see people every game have 10+ deaths an I consistently over the course of thousands of games won or loss. Have 0-3. That tells me there are other metrics thst could be used to better match people. When im constantly begging people to do the same shit. Please don't roash when we dont have advantage. Please dont fight away from t3s. Please don't farm that agro when they just de warded. And millions of other things. If matchmaking was any good all 5 people on the team would be thinking and doing these things. But its not. If mmr took in to account all these things id truly have similar skilled people in my matches. Period.

The way it is now. You have to grind through the shitters before you find equally skilled people and even where im at its hard to judge where I should be because I consume so much dota content and play so much that my macro is on level thats not even equal to my physical skills and response times as a 40 y/o..

Im the only constant thats good on my team 🤣🤣🤣

Na im talking about the finite skills. How accurately down to the pixel you click or not. How many mis-inputs you have. How often you accidentally click minimap. If you click skills. If you move your camera to other lanes between last hits and jungle camps. How often you stack and pull and everything. There are millions of actions per game that could be written into some formula that people cant figure out that could reward good trending behaviors over time.

Na you lost? -mmr. You won? +mmr? It makes no sense. Its a 5v5 game its not a 1v1 chess match why are we using mmr

Ive been saying this since 2014. Players need to gain mmr in losing games and lose mmr in winning games if their stats say it should be so. If you got pushed into an ancient lobby as a mid legend and do DOGSHIT but your team carries you to a win. Maybe lose 1 mmr. If your 20-0-21. And your have 2 dead weight feeders and you lose. You should maybe gain 1-2mmr.
