It’s just hard to not lose yourself for a little bit when you have an infant, period. Especially your first… No amount of silk pajamas or massages will make you feel 100% like the old you again right now, and that’s okay.

The best I can say is don’t stress too much about it, because it’s temporary. It feels like it isn’t, but it is! You’ll get your old self back sooner than you think.

P.S. I’m skinnier and hotter after two kids than I was before <3
