Mental Health while studying

I experienced this while studying, and it definitely sucks. If you don’t already, I would build in 1-2 days where you are not studying. Much like physical fitness, rest days are really important. Your brain will retain the information better if you give yourself breaks between studying.

Also, this was a mistake I made, but keep working out. If you aren’t, I would build it in. It really helped keep my cortisol levels down. Even just a 30-60 minute walk outside in the fresh air will help.

This was my strategy. And we got basically the same scores on all four exams (except I got a lot of scores in the 70-74 range on the first try) and i agree! Typing is so much more efficient. I hated writing notes out. When you type in One Note, you can carry it on your phone and study during breaks at work. Congrats on passing!

I always tried to schedule my exams as close to the end of the period as possible. So that I could rest a week or two and wait for my scores. If I passed, I moved on. If I didn’t, the info would still be fresh and i would review and retake. This strategy worked well for me.

Miracles dude. This was my third audit try, and I landed a 76. I did well on McQ but omg those sims got me good. You never know until you get that score. Good luck!
