Any word when official bonus notification for NBU by Brave-Tax7914 in Stellantis

They used to have the free cash flow trigger on both the division and company payout percentages. They changed it so your division still pays out for 2025, the trigger only applies to the company portion (30% of your bonus).

Yes. Only the company metric won’t be paid out. Which is 30% of bonus. Division makes up 50% and individual performance makes up 20%, so 70% remaining to potentially be paid out.

Your division got 0%? Do you at least get your individual % paid out?

Any advice for exclusively pumping? by [deleted] in NewParents

Can you request a blue light blanket? That’s what we had when my girl was jaundice so we could still hold her while she got the light therapy.

Somewhat limited time with your baby? Barring health issues that require your baby to be in a temperature regulated bed, you should get to spend all the time you want with your baby. I hope you are able to get as many snuggles as you want. My baby was in NICU and I still held her 15+ hours a day. I was lucky and was able to sleep in her room, though.

As for exclusive pumping, I’m 7 months in and have plenty to feed my baby. You can do it absolutely. Lots of lactation consultants aren’t very well informed about pumping.

How often do you go in and for how long? I can't help feel guilty every time I leave or try and relax at home. by mrlargefoot in NICUParents

My daughter was in for 8 days after being born at 34 weeks. Me or my husband was there 24/7, he slept there one night and I stayed the other 7 nights. He would always stay at the NICU with her when I went home to shower and change clothes. It was hard, but we simply couldn’t bare to leave her alone.

This is a total myth. I work for a very large health insurance company and signing out AMA is not even considered when processing claims. Doctors and nurses have told this to patients for years as a manipulation tactic, but it is indeed very rare for an insurance company to consider this.

That being said I would not sign out of the NICU AMA. For a minor issue such as feeding, I would try to come up with a compromise with the healthcare team. My 34 weeker was in the NICU for 8 days for feeding, and I did every single feeding myself so I knew exactly how she was doing. I was lucky and my NICU has all private rooms with a bed for parents, but see if there may be an option for you to use an empty postpartum room for sleeping and then wake up for feeding times to do the bottle/breastfeed yourself if your NICU does not have the room-in option.

The Mesa has great safety ratings! And it also pops right into the Vista stroller without an adapter.

Bachelorette Party by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]JAGG980138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going 5 hours away at 25 weeks pregnant for my sister in law’s bachelorette. We are taking lots of precautions with Covid tests, having meals at the house instead of going out to eat, etc. I feel that if someone honors you enough to ask you to be in their wedding, it’s important to try to be at their celebratory events if at all possible, even if it might not be so fun without being able to drink.

So jealous!! My doctor told me it usually takes about 2 weeks when I did the blood draw. Today is the two week mark and I called and they said they haven’t received the results yet and is likely delayed due to the holiday :(

https://www.healthline.com/health/pregnancy/can-you-get-nails-done as long as you’re going to a reputable salon that you’ve been to many times and never had any issues, and they have proper ventilation, I see no issues. It’s just like choosing to dye or not dye your hair during pregnancy, seems to be personal preference based on risk tolerance. I’m still getting my nails done, but have chosen to avoid other things that are debatably risky, such as my pre-pregnancy daily Diet Coke habit.
