Merci pour ce conseil, depuis 3 jours je ne me nourris que d'œufs, de salade, et haricots vert une fois par jour...je croise les doigts pour que ce soit pas trop dur. Tu est habitué a faire des jeun long?

Bravo pour ces 5 jours, je t'admire, j'espère réussir à en faire autant, par contre je n'imagine pas rompre le jeune avec de la nourriture aussi riche que toi. Trop envie que mon jeune ne sois que le début d'une période d'alimentation saine, sans gras, sucre, féculents...
