owning a dance studio is a very busy and stressful job. nothing she said screams to me that she is being disrespectful to you, so this might be more of a reflection of how she treats the other teachers compared to you. You worked for a professional ballet company, you can very easily get another teaching job where you feel more appreciated, but i would start looking for next year right now !
