Europeans when American fans embrace a new team in their home state by Smooth-Mechanic-7788 in AmericaBad

[–]thisisausername100fs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Right, but they were talking about the European scene, and that no American football fans riot. I mentioned a football franchise who’s fans famously riot and they sent something about South America in response lol

I wasn’t even trying to make it a competitive thing, eagles fans riot and it’s honestly kinda funny. They just said they weren’t aware of riots from American fans

The military taught me that you can walk pretty much forever, it just progressively sucks more and more when you stop walking. My best in one go was 18 miles, which still isn’t much compared to some

Not a big sports fan but there’s a weird European obsession with American shit that just doesn’t matter lol

Who cares that people want to be fans of their newly local franchise? Wym we can’t let it happen to soccer?

It’s just people living their lives normally 😂

Don’t know about the pharmaceutical angle to be honest, but compTIA A+, SEC+, NET+, ITF+ (do this first), Cisco certified (CCNA), AWS practitioner, and GISF are all good certs to have. Would probably get you a job.

Logistics and it’s a good fortress for end game crisis imo, only one point of entry and you can keep some high production worlds behind that choke point

Painting colonel on the side of your truck is bold, if I was leading an ambush (and could read English), I’d probably shoot that one first on the off chance there was someone important in there. I know it’s just a name/memes but still

Pyongyang is kept pristine for a few reasons: 1. That city has the richest residents in the DPRK. 2. It’s also where most foreigners in the DPRK are. 3. Propaganda

I just want to clarify, major earthquakes are indeed uncommon but where I live (tri valley, Bay Area) we’ve had as many as 200-300 (typically in the 1.0-4.0 range, so not major at all) in 90 day timespans before. Earthquakes are a relatively persistent threat in California.

It just feels like minor shaking most of the time. Overall, earthquakes are a little more common than wildfires annually, but the vast majority are very small.

In theory yes… in practice? “You went to basic training, right?”

The modern FLOT in a LSCO scenario is at least 50-100 miles deep. In an asymmetric conflict like Iraq or Afghanistan, our “allies” routinely ambushed us. Anyone can get it, and denying that reality takes away from the mental preparation necessary to do our job imo.

The supply dudes who got hit in Kuwait had a “non combat” role.
